HBA Ministries
This year is a very exciting time in the life of your Harmony association. Our theme is VOLUNTEER. Our hope is that we can help you find a ministry that you can be a part of. Harmony Baptist Association has many areas of ministry that you can connect with. We also have many resources to help support your church in the work of the great commission. Check out the following ministries  and call 870-534-1021 to find out more about how you can VOLUNTEER.

HOPE, a Woman’s Resource Center
Located at 813 West 6th, Pine Bluff, AR, the Center provides free pregnancy testing and support for women in need. Debra Burchfield is the Center Director.

Disaster Relief
Our Disaster Relief Recovery Unit is led by Bryan McPherson. This team will help provide clean up assistance after storms and floods.

Community Ministries
These include Area Block Parties, Back Yard Bible Clubs, Area Events, World Changers, and bringing in Mission Groups. Mark Burgos is our Community Ministry leader.

Woman’s Missionary Union
Our WMU leader is Polly Scott. WMU’s main purpose is to educate and involve adults, youth, children, and preschoolers in the cause of Christian missions.

Prison Ministry
Volunteers are needed to work at the Inmate Family Ministry Center at Tucker. Richard Swanigan is the Coordinator for this ministry. Bible Study teachers are also needed for the Faith-based barracks. Mark Wheeler is our Prison Ministry leader.

Hispanic Ministry
Our Hispanic Church planters are Miguel and Tara Flores. They work with mission churches in Dumas and Pine Bluff . Harmony’s Hispanic leader is Ross Woodbury.

Baptist Collegiate Ministries
UAPB in Pine Bluff , UAM in Monticello , and SEARK in Pine Bluff all have student ministries. The BCM is looking for help with noon luncheon, and support in ministering to students.
